By using Rocky you agree to these terms.

Your account and data

Your data stays yours. Rocky uses it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy says. You are responsible for your account and for what you approve, including the messages and events Rocky sends. You can delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Use Rocky lawfully and only for yourself. Do not connect accounts you may not use, try to reach other people's data, or overload or break the service.

The service

Rocky is provided as is, without warranties. It may change, pause or end. We may close an account that breaks these terms. To the extent the law allows, Rocky is not liable for indirect losses or lost data.
